Supplement a team to help build applications that cover end to end opening of  capital market products

Focus is on pulling out 'costs to operate'

Automating various processes to increase efficiency

Must have skills:

 

Spring v 2.5 or 3, only

Hibernate

Web services

AGILE

 

Desired additional skills:

 

Capital markets would be a plus

 

Other responsibilities:

 

Ability to trouble-shoot problems

Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions on performance and trends

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and works well under pressure
