Need Project Manager/ Identity Access Management @ MT

 

 

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement of Senior Project Manager/ Identity Access Management with our direct client in MT.

 

Contract Position: PM – Identity Access Management

Location: Helena, MT

Duration: 1+ year

 

Additional,Skill required

General Project Management

Monitoring/Altering Project Schedule /Resources etc. as appropriate

Meeting Management

Process documentation and clarification 

Facilitation skills

Current and future process gathering

Visio or similar process flow documentation abilities

Process detail documentation

Confirmation with subject matter experts and stakeholders

Requirements elicitation

Facilitation skills

Functional Requirements gathering

Business Rules identification

Detailed Requirements documented

Confirmation with subject matter experts and stakeholders

A general understanding of Information Technology projects

Scope of Work

 

Deliverables

 

Specific deliverables for this project are:

-          Status reports to OPI staff for both projects.

-          Weekly status meetings with senior IT staff.

-          Weekly project status meetings with vendors (more often as necessary).

-          Assist the OPI IT staff in the development of an RFP for an Identity Management solution.

-          Assist in the requirements gathering for both the Direct Certification and Identity Management projects.

-          Schedule and facilitate meetings for these projects.

-          Represent the OPI and interface with vendor project managers and teams.

-          Work with the vendor for the identity management project to develop a project schedule and plan.

 

Exclusions

 

Exclusions include:

 

-          This Project Manager is not expected to be the sole PM on either of these projects, as both vendors will provide a PM as well.

 

-          The PM is not expected to develop much of the project planning documentation, as that has been/will be developed by the vendors.
