REQUIRMENT:

Oracle DBA w Linux

Magna, UT

6 Months Plus

Pay Rate: $40/HR (All Inclusive)

Start Date: ASAP

Need of an Oracle DBA with Linux administration experience, preferably using Redhat; Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to research system errors, issue re-creation, and read/diagnose log files; Ability to build system configurations and roll-out production systems using automation. Proficiency in Oracle 9i/10g/11g database and application services including installation, maintenance, tuning, monitoring and backups; Experience working with external customer production environments; Experience with Oracle upgrades; Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL Plus, stored procedures/packages, import/export, database administration and replication; Strong proficiency in running Oracle on Linux or other UNIX platforms; Experience with NAS Storage systems is preferred, though not required.
