Senior MS Engineer

Requirement:

Senior Microsoft Engineer with experience with Capacity planning for server resources and Performance tuning as well as ensuring the availability of systems. Microsoft Certifications are preferred. Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, specifically Windows 2003/2008 and a strong background in Active Directory. Server Hardware configuration, installation, and maintenance experience. Software packaging, installation, maintenance experience. Development of test cases/procedures and training documentation. Exchange 2003/2010 support with respect to routing, SMTP, administration, security and operations. Monitors Help Desk tickets and group queue/mailbox and responds to end-user problems and questions. Blackberry Enterprise Server experience. Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS, and SMTP knowledge. Experience in messaging and server configuration, DNS, TCP/IP and routing or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage; Microsoft SCCM, SharePoint, VMware Vsphere, Veritas NetBackup, and Microsoft MOM.
