Title: PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 6 months +
Responsibilities: Drive deliverables across a multi-workstream, geographically dispersed program to achieve foreign processing capabilities and global operational readiness.
-Coordinate across workstream teams to ensure new business processes and technology solutions address required foreign processing capabilities, including VAT/GST, revaluation, re-measurement, foreign currency payments, and foreign currency billing.
-Provide guidance to the program and workstream owners on testing for foreign exchange setups, reporting, multi-currency accounting and make recommendations for process or solution improvements.
-Through testing ensure technology solutions are designed to deliver required functionality across a global user group and to meet system up-time requirements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate across workstreams to assist in testing the setup of the global design
Assist in writing integration test scripts
Conduct system and integration testing and do route cause analysis for issues
Consult on design for technology issue solutions and processes
Provide support to new user resources in UAT testing set up
Qualifications:
- Global PeopleSoft Financials Expert with multi currency functional experience.
- PeopleSoft 8.9 or higher preferred 5 + years of PeopleSoft GL, AP, & FA in a global multi currency environment.
- Experience executing PeopleSoft configuration changes to adopt foreign currency processing, or equivalent Experience overseeing the tactical configuration/execution.
- Experience in the planning and executing system and integration tests Experience with a large Global ERP integration is preferred
- Experience working with global teams
