Title: Java Technical Lead

Location: New York City, NY

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

This position is for a technical dev lead who will be working for the CRM Development team. The team is a global group, with members of the team based in New York and India. We are looking for strong senior, hands-on technologist who is passionate about technology and has experience developing Java/Flex based enterprise-wide OLTP systems with large databases.

An ideal candidate should possess 5-10 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise systems in a distributed environment.

· Advanced knowledge of Java is a must along with Hibernate, Spring, and focus on performance/scalability.

· Knowledge of Flex is a plus.

· Experience designing and developing real-time, event-driven systems and service-oriented architectures.

· Experience designing and developing search technologies and caching frameworks

· Experience building large OLTP databases with real-time, performance read and write capabilities, including SQL, table design, performance tuning with IBM DB2.

· Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

· Experience with enterprise messaging systems, including message queues and pub/sub.

· Experience working in multi-time zone development team.

· Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
