The specific deliverables that will be produced by theresource as a result of this engagement include the following:
1. Assist withthe deployment of Windows 7 andViewfinity on all DEP's 3000+ computers using SCCM and other appropriateinstallation tools (UMT or WET).
2. Utilize SystemCenter Configuration Manager (SCCM) to configure and build task sequences forPC deployments and upgrades.
3. Through theuse of Viewfinity privilege management software insure that DEP users haverights to access or install, only DEP authorized software.
4. Maintain listsof DEP authorized software by agency or unit.
5. Maintainknowledge of installation process for DEP network printer and other hardwaredevices used by DEP staff.
6. When deployingor upgrading PCs, insure that users have access to all printers and otherdevices needed to perform their assigned work.
7. Troubleshootand resolve deployment, upgrade or installation related problems.

• Provides support for enhancements to existing SAP BWDataSources, DSOs, InfoCubes, MultiProviders, InfoObjects, InfoSets & APDs.
