TheBusiness Analyst must understand government business process and operations,including familiarity with HIPPA, CMS and NJAC regulations; have priorknowledge of health and human service-related data concerns in order totransition business processes into technical requirements; have excellentcommunication and presentation skills to review, analyze, and evaluate businesssystem and user needs by facilitating brainstorming sessions with stakeholders; and have the ability to develop GAP analysis documents and providedetail definition on how the application will support businessrequirements. The Business Analyst willalso be required to respond to inquiries and questions during the intial RFPprocess.
