- Capture requirement and create business solution design document based upon gathered requirement
- Create Functional and Technical design documents
- Create absence take and entitlement
- Use supporting elements to complete configurations
- Work with pay group, element group and eligibility group
- Running Absence Processing
- Review Results and Debug issues
- Integration of Absence Management with other modules
