In particular FRM seeks individuals with proven CCAR and Basel III experience at a leading financial service client. 

The ideal candidate will not only satisfy technical capabilities but also demonstrate strong leadership, "executive" presence and entrepreneur skills. 

The preferred candidate will enjoy working in teams, engaging clients in collaborative-style dialogue, and be open to reasonable travel.

·         Have at least 5 years relevant financial services or regulatory experience

·         Have direct experience working with a U.S. regulator or have deep experience managing capital in a prominent regulated financial services company

·         Have experience as an executive or working with senior management to address and shape described regulatory capital issues

·         Posses an advanced degree from a recognized university
