Job Description:

Client is seeking a talented Java Engineers to join growing Web Application technology team. This group spends its time on the cutting edge of web applications, developing solutions that are robust, scalable, and forward-thinking. In this role, you will use your exceptional development skills to architect, build, and modify components that will support a dynamic, highly-interactive application(s) that delivers real-time data services to trading clients.

A successful candidate will have strong core Java skills, JBoss/J2EE, and will understand the concepts of streaming data to a browser-based client. Candidates should be test-driven, organized, and effective communicators. Must embrace new technology, and looks for ways to apply new skills learned on current projects. Additionally, the most desirable candidates should have Unix or Linux shell-scripting experience. Financial data exchange experience, is desirable but not required. Will be working on webservices thru the use of REST/SOAP.

Candidates will be working on log files, adding & modifying new application features, and analyze business reqs to design & develop software code.
