Description
The Senior Developer will be part of a development team to build the next generation agent application for contact centers. This candidate will bring the UI skills and knowledge to the team for developing the UI Web-based application that will be used by United Customer Service agents The Senior Developer's will assist in design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.

Tasks to be Performed
The Senior Developer will be part of a development team to build the next generation agent application for contact centers. This candidate will bring the UI skills and knowledge to the team for developing the UI Web-based application that will be used by United Customer Service agents The Senior Developer's will assist in design, develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues, opportunities or problems in order to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments. One candidate will work on CTI interface with Cicso Web 2.0.

Skill set Details:
The Developer will possess 5 or more years experience in development or implementation of large scale critical web applications projects. Excellent knowledge of distributed computing technologies especially in the eCommerce/Internetspace. Able to work with distributed teams, be a good team player and have exceptional communication skills, working well in fast-paced environment. -5 years' experience is required in developing commercial web-based or UI-based applications, including C# .NET and web technologies typically used in development. For example: Developing Web Applications with ASP.NET Windows Service Applications Advanced proficiency in C# is required. MVC JavaScript HTML and Relational Database including SQL Server Seeking one candidate with experience in CTI development in Cisco Web 2.0
