Title: Sr Technical Oracle CRM Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 6+ months
The candidate will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
· Authors the technical design and completes development as per Oracle and Customer development standards
· Contribute towards project plan, risk plan, test plan and cutover plan
· Coordinate with the functional teams to get the code certified for the release in the CRP2 and UAT
· Performs development and unit testing on RICE
· Documents unit test results
· Prepares deployment documentation
· Coordinates with the DBAs to for code deployments in the controlled environments
· Supports project test cycles as needed and participate in issue resolution phases to resolve technical issues assigned to them
· Follows Customer release control process for code deployment to TEST and PROD environments
Primary Requirements:
· 8 + years of experience with Oracle CRM Service Suite to include Depot Repair, TeleService, iSupport, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, & Knowledge Management,
· Experience with PL/SQL
· Experience with Workflows, Forms, & Reports
· Strong BI Publisher experience
· Experience with UNIX Shell Script
· Strong knowledge with Interfaces & Conversions
Other Modules experience in the following is highly desired:
· Inventory, IB, Service Contracts, & Pricing
