Proactively Engage Customers to identify Business Process Improvement areas andsuggest alternate solutions to deploy the improvement Capability creationwithin the organization both on the Domain and the Package Should be able tomentor a min of two projects simultaneously for solution design demonstratedadvanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - Hitech/ Manufacturing/Telecom Mentor consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professionaldevelopment Work with Business Development to participate in the bid processboth in proposal preparation and client presentations creating differentiatorsvis-a-vis competition

Skill2 - CRM Solution Design (L3)

Should be an expert of basic technical aspects of SQL, Reports, Interfaces(understanding and interpretation), Workflows, XML Publisher and must be anexpert in some of the complex technologies like CTI/MCF etc. Should be anexpert in using EAPM. Should be able to prepare process design documents forhis/her domain/ Module of expertise. Should publish atleast 1 quality whitepaper on experience gained and atleast 1 White paper on new technologies.Should have complete technical knowledge (preferably) of all modules of CRMFoundation and must have good technical grasp of modules like Sales, Telesales,Service, Marketing etc. Should have mandatory knowledge of new technologiesShould support the presales function and be able to sell

SFDC Vertical specific solution, workflow, interfacing. Expertise on EAI, EIM,Workflow, Integration, Analytics. Assist the project team by providingtechnological data points for decision making. Help the Solution Architect indata modeling, integration architecture
