Job Description: BDM (Business Development Manager) - US Staffing
Expertise in recruiting Citizens, EADs, Green Card Holders and H1B consultants. Must have prior experience with various Tier-1 Vendors and also Direct Clients, should be able to identify/target potential vendors in US.
Essential Job Functions:
Should have a deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes.
Acquisition of new Clients/Tier-1 Vendors & follow up with existing ones
Enhance service relationships with current Tier-1 Vendors.
New client acquisition/Revenue Generation through placements.
Should work on getting Contract Staffing requirements from Tier-1 Vendors and closing the positions.
Should be well versed with complete life cycle of recruitment
Clear understanding of tax terms like W-2/1099, Corp-to-Corp, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions etc
Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential clients
Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients.
Skills/Abilities:
Good Communication Skills.
Demonstrated success in US staffing services to Tier-1 Vendors.
Able to work under pressure of deadlines / goals.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills required.
Excellent Team player
Qualification and Experience:
Any Bachelor's / Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the US Staffing.
Strong contacts with Tier-1 Vendors.
Proven successful record in the US Staffing and Consulting Industry.
