* 8+years overall in IT applications experience

* 2+years leading, analyzing, designing projects

* Strong communication skills.  Ability to communicate across all levels of organization.

* Ability to provide project estimates

* Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and protect architecture in system design.

* Coach and mentor development staff on technical requirements
