Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalisation and Localization testing will be an added advantage

Skill3 - Application Testing (L3)

Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

Should be able to write SQL statements involving complex joins and grouping Should be able to understand the data model Should be able to create test plan based on Mapping document Ability to test at least one ETL (like Informatica or Data Stage) or BI tool (like BO or Crystal Reports) Ability to use a testing management tool

Performance Tester Lead

Location: LA,CA

Rate: $45

Duration: 3 months 

JD:

 

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5-7 years' experience in test automation, performance testing, and/or developing test frameworks or other similar work

Prefer 4+ years' experience with load/stress/capacity testing of high traffic and large-scale systems

Deep experience in automating web and back-end service tests using a variety of tool sets

Demonstrated coding experience (1 - 3 years), particularly in the area of building/extending hands-free automated tests (Java preferred, but experience in scripting or coding in some language is a must)

Experience writing select and update queries with any DB

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Desired Qualifications

 

Experience solving problems (e.g., text manipulation, sorting, test data management, log analysis) with scripting languages (e.g., java script, Perl, Groovy, UNIX shell)? Prefer strong experience with open-source tools? Experience using source.

 

Performance Test Engineering(L4)-Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, WebLoad, JMeter, WAS etc. Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the DataLoader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.
