Senior .Net Developer 

Location: Orlando, FL 

Duration: 12 month 

FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW!!!

Major responsibilities of this position: 

Writes new software, makes modifications to existing software applications and modules in accordance with written specifications. 

Develops and integrates applications as per written specifications. 

Carries out unit testing, ensuring application meets needs of client and business. 

Translates technical requirements and design documentation into application code and modules. 

Works under direct supervision in performing maintenance on existing software products or straightforward software enhancements. 

Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements, which will typically be reviewed by a more senior developer. 

Develops software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to industry standards and software best practice guidelines. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar 4 year degree. Will accept experience in software development instead of College degree. 

Knowledge of property appraisal and taxation a plus, but not required. 

Works with technical staff to gain deeper knowledge of code and business area. 

Good inter-team communication. 

Enterprise DBMS systems development: TSQL, PL-SQL or similar. 

ASP.Net with C#/VB.Net preferred. 

Knowledge of property appraisal and taxation a plus, but not required. 

SQL Server, SQL Reporting and experience with Crystal Reports desired.
