Job Description:

The sr. business analysts must have a experience on UI (Unemployment Insurance)Tax experience / any state government project experience / Department of Labor experience.

Responsibilities shall include:

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
• Formulate solutions to satisfy these requirements which may involve business process reengineering and/or the deployment of information technology.
• Plan and/or conduct end user training.
• Construct data/activity/process models as may be required to define system functions.
• Provide support for the installation, testing, data conversion, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
