Rate 60-65/hr
Must Have : (in order of preference)
Spring MVC (this is the core to their architecture), specifically 3 series
Spring
Core Java
At least 7 yrs experience in OO Software design and dev, 5 yrs with Web App design and dev, and 5 yrs development with Java/J2EE technologies
Plus :
P&C Industry

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Object-Oriented software design and development
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Web application design and development
• Minimum 7 years development experience in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Must have good understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability, security)
• Familiarity with Web application security considerations
• Familiarity with AJAX techniques and modern JavaScript libraries like JQuery
• Expert level in Spring knowledge
• Expert level skills in Object-Oriented software design
• Medium level skills in SQL and database design
• Desirable knowledge includes P&C Insurance industry, JBOSS, ESB (Mule), Rule Engines, JSON, JUnit, Web Service, Unix Shell Scripting
