Reporting Lead: (4C- Principal Consultant level) – Insurance experience is a must

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: LongTerm

1.       Should have Insurance domain knowledge and expertise in terms of basic understanding the processes and insurance data

2.       Proficient at MS SQL Server development

3.       8-10 years of development and management experience, Should be able to manage and drive a small but bright team of consultants which comprises of BAs and SQL Server developers in an onsite-offshore model; should have good people handling skills including how to handle senior and difficult team members

4.       Should be able to create operational processes to reduce dependency on a few individuals, streamlining and optimization

5.       Should be able to understand reconciliation systems and drive monthly, quarterly, yearly closures 

6.       Production support environment knowledge
