PeopleSoft Financial/Healthcare QA Tester

We are looking for a PeopleSoft Financial/Healthcare QA Tester for a long term contract role in the Jacksonville, FL area.
Note: Must have experience in Peoplesoft Financial and also in Health Care
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Provide comprehensive testing of business solutions in support of multiple business processes
Provide oversight and final review of testing design and evaluations
Consult with client and technical staff to resolve business/technical issues and needs.
Develop test cases in HP quality center Lead and mentor junior testers
Consult with clients to resolve business issues
Develop testing approaches based on documented requirements Job Requirements
Experience using version control tools such as ClearCase
Experience using HP Quality Center
Experience using SQL or analytical tools, SAS
Experience with testing PeopleSoft Financial functionality
Ability to work independently and overcome obstacles
Knowledge of change management process Must have experience in Peoplesoft Financial and also in Health Care
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience related to Information Technology
5 or more years work experience in a testing role
2 or more years of client consulting experience
Knowledge of systems, programming languages and tools used in the IT industry
Experience with operating environments
Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience Rational requisite pro and QDQ tools
Experience with Visio
PC skills
