Application Support Lead: (4D- SPM level) – Insurance experience highly desirable

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Duration: LongTerm

1. 12+ years of experience

2. Manage a group of high end consultants

3. Should have expertise on Oracle EBS. Nice to have Sun and Hyperion experience, understanding and writing basic SQL queries

4. Familiarity with Insurance Domain will be a big Plus, however, knowledge of finance back office systems in financial services in a Oracle EBS & Hyperion environment is a must

5. Should be able to drive a managed services type engagement

6. Ability to manage tickets and metric reporting

7. Should be able to identify and drive process improvement initiatives, knowledge of lean/Six sigma desirable

8. Create status reports & champion documentation of processes

9. Should be able to create training strategies for her/ his team members

10. Should have extensive experience of working and managing global production support environments in a structured environment and onsite-offshore model

11. Ability to understand finance back office operations and manage testing of systems

12. Ability to work with multiple lines of businesses and distributed teams
