Urgent requirement Business Analyst with CBAP and Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.

Role: Business Analyst Location: HOUSTON, Texas Education/Experience/Training: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Technical Degree and 3+ year related experience, or 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst. CBAP Certification preferred. Skills/Knowledge: Required skills include extensive knowledge of business process design, requirements elicitation, meeting facilitation, and project management . Ability to lead and implement continuous improvement processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. May assist in instructing, directing, and checking the work of less experienced personnel. May assume leadership role within a small group/project. Must work well in a team environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, designs, specifies, implements, and maintains automated and manual processes in support of business needs and/orcorporate strategy. Coordinates process design or re-engineering inconjuction with utilizing internal project management methodology. Acts as liaison between division implementation teams, division process owners, and implementation sites while eliciting requirements for processimprovement. Works with customers to understand their business processes and needs while managing expectations within the scope of existingbusiness strategies. Builds and manages business cases to justify projects that fall within scope. Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
