Overview:
We have a need for a dedicated and talented User Experience Specialist. You will be working as part of a growing team that is challenged to define and evolve the user experience for a large global manufacturer, serving a wide variety of B2B & B2C customers. This is position reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities:
□ You will use your skills and experience to create customer journeys, user flows, and wireframes for desktop and mobile sites
□ Present and iteration on concepts in a collaborative team
□ Assist in analysis of industry leaders and competitors to identify trends and optimization opportunities
□ Assist with the creation and maintenance of an reusable asset library (templates, pattern and components)
Requirements:
□ 4 years experience as an information architect or user experience architect
□ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
□ Proficiency in Visio, Omnigraffle or Axure
□ Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments preferred
□ Experience in responsive design preferred
□ Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred
□ Experience creating usability test plans is preferred
□ Degree in related field, such as Library Sciences, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or Technical Communications preferred
