A person with a Healthcare/Insurance background who be the best fit for the project Responsibilities:
• Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in data architecture and data warehousing
• Ability to develop and maintain data architecture models
• Experience with relational data modeling for transaction systems, reporting, Service Methods (SOA) and XML message schemas, data quality management and data conversions from legacy systems
• Experience with coaching, supervising and managing staff using industry-recognized project management methodology
• Proven ability to contribute to process improvements and actively seek opportunities for self-development
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to apply strong critical and logical analysis to business scenarios in the context of technology and data architecture
• Ability to quickly assess and understand existing source systems, data transfer methodologies and technology in order to provide the best-fit data solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project
• Ability to balance short-term versus long-term actions, strategic versus tactical requirements, while continuing to move forward towards the strategic vision
• Ability to develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database
