* Experience working with health care administrative data-claims
* Experience with planning and designing analytic activities, assessing and solving complex problems
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL).
* Strong analytical capabilities.
* Understanding of relational databases.
* Willingness to explore databases, identify relationships and validate sources.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
