Extensive knowledge of building mobile web applications (browser based, not apps)
Extensive knowledge of JSP and JSTL
Knowledge of of MVC frameworks (Spring, Struts, etc) Stripes knowledge a plus
Experience in using source code control
Web and application server knowledge
Experience with IDEs – Netbeans a plus
