Job Description: Project Manager

 

Required skills/experience:

• Demonstrated strong leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience running IT projects
• Displayed ability to think creatively and out of the box
• Demonstrated ability to work within an evolving work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to document, audit and track large amounts of detail
• NASCO (CSR and PDM) and Healthcare experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects requiring coordination between multiple system releases
• Proven experience managing large project teams and sub teams
• Proficient in formal project management methodologies
• Experienced and highly proficient in vendor management
• Excellent understanding of risk management and mitigation
• Requirements management and scope containment skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolutions skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English speaking - required)
• Client experience preferred
