Job Title : CorpTax Administrator

Duration: 3+ months

Location: New York, NY

 

Tax Technology Temp

Position description

Participate in tax technology initiatives that relate to income tax compliance processes.

 

Major Job Responsibilities / Duties

Must have 3 years of CorpTax software experience.

Experience supporting insurance companies would be ideal.

•Support configuration of CorpTax.

• Manage multiple projects throughout the tax and project life cycle.

• participate in training tax department and tax technology managers and staff.

• Communicate effectively with tax professionals to ensure understanding of overall process and software operation.

• Ability to work closely with tax professionals to improve the tax preparation process using various tools. (150+ users)

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staff and off shore personnel.

• Assist in planning and scheduling tax project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

• Perform necessary tax and software specific research and update critical documentation.

 

Position requirements

• 5-10 yrs of job-related experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• Licensed CPA, EA or Master’s degree

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
