Need Senior System Analyst @ WA

 

 

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement of Senior System Analyst  with one of our direct client in VA

 

Position: System Analyst

Duration: 12 months

Location: Olympia, WA

Interviews: Telephonic

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE      

•              Use of information engineering methods.                             

•              Use of object oriented analysis and design methods (OOAD).                      

•              Ability to identify and document business needs and strategies, and requirements for business process improvement and information systems projects.                               

•              Ability to facilitate requirements planning and analysis and design sessions.                       

•              Completing data models use of entity relationship diagrams and/or UML class diagrams and documenting detailed data requirements in data dictionaries.                 

•              Proficiently in the use of information engineering tools (e.g. CASE tools).                               

•              Proficiently creating SQL Scripts to be used for database creation and/or modification and migration of legacy data to new designs.                     

•              Experience ensuring domain, edit, security and relational integrity requirements.                            

•              Documenting system functions and operational procedures..                      

•              Requirements management techniques and practices.                   

•              Use of GUI tools for prototyping and developing test plans.                          

•              Knowledge and experience with system development methodologies (i.e. Agile, RUP, etc.) and understanding of software development lifecycle.                

 

Mandatory Experience and Qualifications

 

                               

a.            All Systems Analysis Personnel have a minimum of five (5) years' experience providing Systems Analysis  services on major IT Projects ($3 million or greater).                               

b.            All Software Quality Assurance Personnel have a minimum of three (3) years' experience providing Software Quality Assurance service on major IT Projects (3 million or greater).                       

c.             All Personnel have a minimum of Two (2) years' experience providing said Services on government information systems Project(s).                         

d.            All Personnel being proposed for this engagement must have provided IT Project Systems Analysis Services on Projects of similar size and complexity within the past three (3) years.                    

 

Preferred / Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:

 

a.            Familiarity with the operation of Washington State Government                               

b.            Experience providing Systems Analysis Services for enterprise type initiatives.                  

c.             Knowledge and experience with state health care or Medicaid systems.                 

d.            Knowledge of Washington State legislative process.                        

e.            Knowledge of federal IT Project management requirements.                        

f.             Experience with federal government contracting, program/IT Project oversight, performance monitoring and interpretation of federal guidelines, rules and regulations                            

g.            Experience providing same category of Services to IT Projects with federal grants or funding and audit and reporting requirements compliance                            

h.            Personnel should have demonstrated experience providing Analysis Services consultation for large service oriented solutions in an agile-like incremental development environment for custom development, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) solution Projects.
