Title                       : PeopleSoft Financial Functional Consultant (AR/BI)

We are looking for a Functional PeopleSoft consultant to implement PeopleSoft solutions to our clients.

Required skills include 6+ years minimum PeopleSoft Financials including Accounts Receivable and Billing. Also, equivalent years of experience in full life cycle implementation in Retail industries.

Experience in fit / gap analysis, functional design, functional testing, and end-to-end integration and UAT testing.

PeopleSoft FSCM skills preferred.

 

1)            Significant experience configuring payment predictor, auto maintenance, and condition monitor.

2)            Experience using both 9.0 and 9.1 versions.

3)            Experience performing data conversion of customer master, customer statements, and open items from legacy environments.

 

Required

•             At least 6+ years experience in Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and leading large-scale Peoplesoft financials implementations for organizations with multiple locations.  

•             At least 6+ years experience in FSCM knowledge , module  in particular Accounts Receivable and Billing

•             Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university

•             Ability to focus on the big picture and articulate integration points to the functional SME's.

•             Ability to develop test strategies, test plans, test scripts, and coordinate UAT.

•             Ability to conduct design walkthrough sessions and obtain design buy in and sign offs.

•             Ability to work with the technical teams and assist in completion of unit testing.

•             Deep experience in leading data mapping sessions, and assist the technical team in completing the technical design documents for RICE objects.

•             Deep knowledge of Peoplesoft application security design, including but not limited to development of security matrix.

•             Ability to show leadership traits, find a way, and inspire people to align with program objectives.

 

 

Java Developer with SQL

Location: Hartford, CT

·     Experience automating Oracle Forms 6i with Tuxedo middle layer

·     QTP, Selenium or any other open source tool

This position within Ops Solutions is to support Subject Matter Experts in our DDA application to support FATCA regulations. Knowledge of International business and services in Reconcilement/General Ledger is a must. Knowledge of DDA Systems (Accounting Systems), debit and credit accounting entries (Principle and interest), SWIFT 940/950, FATCA and how it affects the Intl Banking business, Account analysis, difference between account head office vs. branch structuring, back valuations, zero balance accounting, transaction reporting, and Overnight investment service is a must. Proficient knowledge of MS Access and Excel. Must be able to utilize MS Access for testing compares and Excel related to pivot tables. Knowledgeable of Project management methodology. Job responsibilities entail the standard business analysis duties within our Project Methodology; provide leadership in planning and analysis of highly complex applications and process, authoring operations requirements documents, define User Acceptance test plans and scripts. Assist users throughout the User Acceptance Testing. Track all defects in Quality Center/ALM and report out to various areas. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, self directed, analytical and motivated. Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform well under pressure. Ability to work within a team environment.

Required Skill sets: Expertise in Business Analysis, Reconcilement and General Ledger, SWIFT Messaging, Testing tools (Quality Center, Quick Test Pro), proficient in MS Access and Excel. College Degree required. Project Management and Business Analysis certification a plus.
