Job Description:
The Imaging Support Services area within Real Estate Lending Technology is seeking a production support engineer to provide Tier 2 escalation support for current custom developed systems as well as support for third party applications in our imaging and content management environments. Will also support our next generation Image system with an IBM FileNet P8 back-end. The tier 2 team supports over 1,000 servers and 40,000 users for multiple imaging application platforms. Applications supported will include Repository Framework (RF), Image Capture (Kofax), and other systems as needed. Writes code to create tools for the Imaging Support Services team for monitoring and other support tools that are needed. Perform code reviews with the development team to ensure that the code is production ready, and debug coding issues to determine root cause of issues. Assist with stress testing of the applications.

Additional Job Details:
Specific Skills: • 1-3 years experience with .Net and\or Java • 1-3 years experience with Oracle and\or SQL Server • 3+ years production support experience for an enterprise application • Windows Server technologies (Windows Server 2003, 2008) experience is required. • Must have excellent debugging and problem solving skills. • Must be available for on-call support as required.

 

Preferred Skills: • 3-5 years experience with .Net and\or Java • 3-5 years experience with Oracle and\or SQL Server • Enterprise content management experience • Kofax experience • FileNet Image Services experience • IBM P8 experience • Introscope, Optier, or other monitoring experience • Experience with scripting languages (VB Script, JavaScript, etc) • Unix experience • WebSphere or other J2EE Application Server experience • Tibco experience • Knowledge of WFHM business
