Need Solution Architect @ NC

 

Hello,

 

We have an urgent requirement of Senior Solution Architect with one of our direct client in NC.

 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12 Months

 

Role responsibilities: • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and operating system environment, interfaces • Architect solution options in accordance with State and NCDOT Enterprise Architecture and security standards • Define and document the final application architecture • Work with the developers to design the components of the application • Analyze and estimate feasibility and compatibility with hardware and other programs • Provide coordination and leadership for vendor project resources • Consult with clients to prototype, refine, test, and debug applications to meet needs • Project technical leadership capabilities, design and development oversight
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required skills: • Minimum of 7 years' experience in advanced technologies • Minimum of 4 years' experience architecting enterprise technical solutions • Strong, demonstrated design and development skills (object-oriented analysis and design techniques) • Comprehensive IT analytical skills and strong problem-solving analytical skills • Experience with web-based architectures, Single Sign-On, and claims-based security technology, specifically experience with designing and implementing integrated claims-based architectures across multiple technologies • Demonstrated experience in working with external technology vendors • Project technical leadership capabilities, design and development oversight Additional Preferred Skills: • Experience on large government projects • Working knowledge of various multi-user, multi-tasking operating systems/platforms (Unix, Windows) • Experience with integrating multiple technologies with Sharepoint 2013 • GIS systems knowledge, including experience integrating Esri GIS with other applications • .NET application design and development , Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Office 2010 • Business web applications and Web Services to include design/development
