- Health IT Data Architect – A HIT data architect with experience in service oriented architecture (SOA), including enterprise data integration, standardization, governance, analytics, and master person index. The HIT data architect shall possess knowledge and expertise in HIPPA, Medicaid eligibility systems, and the requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) related to Electronic Health Records (EHR), "meaningful use", Health Information Exchange (HIE), ICD-10, and Health Insurance Exchange.
