Need Project Manager with IT System implementation and/or EHR experience

 

Hi,

 

We have a requirement with our direct client for a Project Manager. Must have more than 10 years of experience in IT system implementation and/or in electronic health records implementation.

 

Position: Project Manager

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12 months

Interviews: In person required

 

Skills & Experience Required

 

- significant experience managing large statewide initiates in the health IT arena

- knowledge of clinical operations and processes

- 2 years proven background in business process reengineering (BPR), with preference for BPR with clinical and healthcare operational processes

- 2 years proven track record and experience managing electronic health record (EHR) system rollouts to large providers and/or large health systems

- 2 years proven ability managing communication and organizational change management activities for a large EHR statewide rollout

-10 years PM experience

-2 years Subject matter expertise in implementation of Electronic Health Records

-10 years IT system implementation Experience

-1 year experience working directly with a large EHR vendor is highly desired
