Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 6+ months(renewed quarterly)

migrate from Oracle 11i to R12. (Must have)

Seeking 1 experienced business analysts to support the project to migrate from Oracle 11i to R12.

Strong knowledge and experience in both Oracle 11i and R12 is a requirement for this position. Knowledge of the Initial Order, Change Order, Capture Order and Sales Programs processes. Must be highly organized and have a 'self-starter' attitude.

Specific tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 -7 years of experience
-Capture and prioritize business requirements.
-Able to drive discussions with stakeholders autonomously
-Maintain requirements both in specific spreadsheets and in Reqpro ( a database tool for requirements)
-Construct Business Review Documents (RD50's) in support of quarterly releases
-Support and complete testing (BAT, UAT, etc)
-Perform impact analysis and assessments. (Processes, Policies, Functions, other)
-Other tasks and deliverables as determined by team lead
