HEAVY SQL query experience REQUIRED!
Technical tasks require an understanding of relational databases and large data structures as well as fluency in writing SQL queries. Analyst will be an abstract and logical thinker with excellent attention to detail. Successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with IT and understand IT needs as well as understand the business needs.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provide analytic support to the Member Enrollment. Design analyses to detect and prevent data quality issues.
· Assess current processes and recommend improvements. Perform root cause analysis on data and process issues, and work with IT to design long term solutions.
· Assist in the creation, testing, and implementation of new processes to ensure member data quality.
· Continuously monitor quality of member data and evaluate member audit processes to ensure high quality data is maintained. Create and simplify processes to monitor member data issues.
· Detailed and thorough testing of upgrades and changes made to any software utilized by the Member Enrollment Team.
· Documentation and spec writing for all processes and reports.
· Work collaboratively with other teams to understand full member process flow and impact of member data on other processes.
· Assist manager in performing quality audits to meet the requirements under the Model Audit Rule.
· Analyst will assist with more complicated tasks, such as the Monthly report, complex member issues, etc.
