Location : Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6 Months

Client: State Farm

 

Conducts consumer research to develop an understanding of consumer needs and expectations regarding insurance and financial services and helps the enterprise use consumer insights to create a remarkable customer experience.  Utilizes a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques including interviews, focus groups, surveys, ethnography.  The skills required for the position are typically associated with an advanced degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Marketing or related social sciences field.  Candidates should have excellent research skills including the ability to analyze large and small sample quantitative and qualitative data sets, and strong knowledge of sampling techniques.  Experience supporting consumer research in a large corporate environment is a plus.  Experience applying a customer experience segmentation strategies a plus.
