REQUIRMENT:

ETL Informatica developer
Client : APS
location : Phoenix, AZ
Cost : $50/hr
Date : 6 months

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT related field
5-8 years related experience
Possess a deep understanding of data management concepts, including relational database technologies, business intelligence and ETL technologies.
Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts (particularly Kimball methodology)
Good understanding and usage of Informatica is required
· Experience working with and able to demonstrate knowledge of complex Informatica transformations and mappings
· Proven experience working with XML and Flat Files in Informatica
· Experience working with very large data sets in ETL projects
· Experience in ETL performance tuning/optimization
· Experience identifying, researching, and resolving ETL issues and producing root cause analysis documentation
· Proficient with Informatica command line utilities
· Experience with strategic error handling in ETL projects
· Experience with leveraging (and identifying) reusable components in Informatica
· Ability to create technical and end user documentation as needed.
Able to plan and estimate work effort.
Service orientation.
Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to conduct technical discussions with technology partners as well as convey technical concepts/approaches to key business partners.
Strong problem solving skills necessary to quickly identify application issues. Responds calmly in high severity problem situations.
Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clients.
Able to multitask, coordinating the resolution of several production support issues at the time.
