Primary Location: St. Paul

 

Engagement Description: Summary Statement: Manages and coordinates project activities leading to the redesign of Ramsey County's internal intranet and external web site. Responsibilities include the development of project plans, coordination, planning, decision-making and project fiscal management.

 

Essential Functions: Develops project schedules and processes to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of services; Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date. Manages relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure services meet requirements and specifications; Manages all phases of project implementation.
