Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in enterprise leading development and integration teams
· 10+ years with Java J2EE or POJO’s
· 10+ years of experience with Web Services development (JAX-WS, JAX-RS)
· Experience with Frameworks, Notations & Concepts: TOGAF, RUP, Agile, MDM, BPMN, UML, SOA
· Experience with messaging middleware (i.e. MQ)
· Good knowledge of web services and related standards (i.e. WS-*, SAML)
· Knowledge of distributed architectures and design patterns, and best practices
· Messaging (MQSeries, JMS, TIBCO)
· C# Struts (1 and 2), Spring, XML Technologies, UML, C++, JSP, ASP.NET, JUNIT and Eclipse
· Experience with SOA Governance
· Strong inclination to keep abreast of new trends & identifying opportunities to bring in change for business benefit
· Knowledge of Cloud solution architecture patterns
· Experience working with business partners, technical partners, health/managed care partners and consultants
· Experience in healthcare industry and systems implementation
· Experience with SDLC (waterfall, agile, etc.)
· Skill in analyzing data, policies and requirements to understand current state and prepare future state
· Able to concisely, clearly, and formally communicate complex concepts and formulate process solutions
· Advanced analytical skills and extreme attention to detail
· Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to lead and facilitate consultative conversations, author reports, and present to the CxO level
· Able to prioritize effectively and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple, competing tasks
· Strong team player able to form functional work relationships with peers and superiors
· Customer service orientation with tangible outcomes
