Expert level (over 10 years) resource to lead .Net developers with knowledge of system architecture, systems analysis and design.

 

 Geographic Information Systems Application Development is highly desired

Responsibilities: 

 

Architecture/Technical Lead & Mentor, Systems Analysis, System Architecture, Software Development Plan, System Architecture, Software Development Plan, Software Development

 

Required Skills: 

6.3.1 • Expert level experience in Technical Architecture

6.3.2 • Desired - Expert level experience in GIS Technology Solutions

6.3.3 • Experience as a technical lead, coaching and mentoring junior programs and/or software development teams.

6.3.4 • Experience developing software applications for governmental agencies;

6.3.5 • Experience developing web based applications utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio.Net;

6.3.6 • Experience developing databases utilizing Microsoft SQL Server;

6.3.7 • Experience with WebSphere, MQ Series and data interfaces;

6.3.8 • Expert level experience working with customers to extract detailed requirements

6.3.9 • Expert level experience developing uses cases scenarios

6.3.10 • Expert level experience in systems analysis, design, modeling and system architecture;

6.3.11 • Expert level experience validating business and technical requirements;

6.3.12 • Expert level experience utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP);

6.3.13 • Expert level experience software quality assurance & testing;

6.3.14 • Experience in the planning, implementation, and testing of web-based applications and data interfaces;

6.3.15 • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written, visual and oral formats with project teams, internal and external business and technical representatives, and executive management.

Desired Contractor Skills 

6.4.1 • Previous experience working on L&I specific information technology systems and business process;

6.4.2 • Previous experience working with client/server systems

6.4.3 • Experience utilizing the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and automated modeling tools;

6.4.4 • Experience utilizing the Visual Studio Team Foundation;

6.4.5 • Experience using Crystal Reports Enterprise for report generation; and

6.4.6 • Experience using outbound correspondence products.
