| Perform all facets of design, testing and transition of server-based database and GIS software to the production environment, including:
· Integration of GIS databases (XML) into existing enterprise databases · Minor software modifications as deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, Core Team and/or Steering Committee. · ArcPy Development · ArcGIS Data Interoberobility Extension customization · ESRI ArcSDE v9.3.1 Geodatabase experience · ESRI .Net ArcEngine v10 application development o Installation, configuration and upgrades protocols · Develop a .Net ArcEngine application for spatial edits
