Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This resource will be working on a project to analyze and compare data from multiple sources and documenting where gaps or updates need to occur, and in which systems. The actual project is a large data mapping effort of confidential information and eventual clean-up of data from multiple existing PeopleSoft environments (8.0, 8.9, 9.00) and outsourced vendor data (401k)/global mobility, etc. They will be working with subject matter experts in the applicable HR functions, such as Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, and will be expected to construct a database to facilitate comparisons of data from multiple sources. This resource will need strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills, data mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills. They must be able to analyze the current state and quickly make recommendations how to proceed with the process.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
PeopleSoft HRMS experience
Data Mapping experience
Documentation skills
Ability to work with minimal direction
Experience with Oracle, SQL, Excel, Access databases Background in HR, Compensation, Benefits
